Should you send us an email via the contact form, your name, email address and message will be emailed to us (this is the normal practice). This information remains private and confidential. We will store this information within our own email system so that we are able to respond to you.
Should you comment on a blog/news post on our website, then your name, email address, IP address and message will be stored in our website database (this is the normal practice). Your registered name (user name) and comment are the only information viewable by the general public on our website.

Our website does not actively track you as an individual and we take your privacy very seriously. We do not share your personal information or email address any with third parties.

All information you provide is held as “Strictly Confidential” and we are serious about protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. Most web browsers allow some control of cookies through the browser settings. Below are guidelines for deleting and resetting your cookies in the most popular browsers:
Internet Explorer 10
Open Internet Explorer, click the ‘Tool’ icon in the top right corner, click ‘Internet options’. In the ‘General’ tab check ‘Delete browsing history on exit’, select the Cookies and website data checkbox and then click Delete.
Open Firefox, click ‘Tools’ then Options, select the Privacy tab then select ‘Remove individual cookies’ link, then click ‘Remove all cookies’. Click close then ok to shut the open windows.
Open Google Chrome, click the menu icon in the top right corner titled ‘Customise and control Google Chrome’, scroll down and click ‘tools’, then click ‘Clear browsing data’. When a new page opens check ‘Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data’, click ‘Clear browsing data’ in the bottom right.
Open Safari, select the Options icon (top right corner ‘spanner image’), then select Preferences, click the Privacy tab, select the Details button and then click Remove all.
